Before Your Treatment
Your Appointment
To get the most out of your appointment, we suggest that you arrive at least 5 minutes early to ensure you are taken in on time and to avoid the therapist running late for other appointments. If you arrive late, the therapist may not be able to complete all of your service or spend your full allocated time with you. A confirmation SMS is sent out the day before as a reminder of your appointment. Replying yes will confirm your appointment and replying no will delete your appointment. It is very important that u reply to this SMS.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise 50% of the service will be charged. We understand that things do happen last minute and for first time we will waive the fee however with repeat offenders, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Attire
For services such as waxing we suggest casual attire. If getting a spray tan, please wear loose dark clothing (ie. tracksuit pants). For pedicures, we suggest wearing a pair of thongs or equivalent open toe shoes. Any attire is fine for facial treatments. We provide you with a treatment gown for your comfort.
