General: 1.1 Only VISA and MasterCard are accepted. 1.2 Off Peak Hours are considered 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. 1.3 12 hours notice is required to cancel or move an appointment, including light only appointments. 1.4 After 3 non-attendances to appointments or 3 reschedules with less than 12 hours notice a $50 fee will be charged. 1.5 It is your responsibility to ensure at all times, sufficient funds are available on the nominated card provided as well as updating us of any changes to card information such as expiry dates. 1.6 Direct debits will be withdrawn on the same date of sign up each month. 1.7 If payment is not honoured/declined (i.e. lack of funds) the bank charges a $10 non-refundable fee. 1.8 The Beauty House only closes for Victorian public holidays as set out by the government. Direct debits are not adjusted for these dates as they are beyond Beauty House control.
Suspensions and Cancellations: 2.1 14 days notice is required prior to direct debit date to suspend or cancel payments. 2.2 3-month deals can be held for 1 week, 6-month deals can be held for 2 weeks, 12-month deals can be held for 1 month. During the time your plan is on hold, your payments will be adjusted accordingly. 2.3 Should you decide to cancel your membership earlier than the agreed terms, a cancellation fee will apply. 2.4 The cancellation fee is based on a 50% charge of the remainder of the contract. 2.5 Contract and direct debit schedule will be terminated once cancellation fee payment has been made.
